Organizational Mission:
The mission of Baldwin Youth Lacrosse Association is to promote a life-long enjoyment of lacrosse for youth residing in Baldwin-Whitehall and its neighboring municipalities. The organization will offer developmental opportunities for youth less than 15 years of age. These opportunities include, but not limited to the teaching of fundamental lacrosse skills, physical conditioning, essential of teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Through its coaching staff and volunteers, the organization will create an environment facilitating respect for others, self-discipline, a commitment to success, sense of community, and leadership.
